1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tikpotify ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tikpotify is a web application that connects TikTok Live chat to Spotify playback and OBS overlay widgets. Viewers send song request commands in TikTok Live chat; the Service parses those commands, manages a request queue, and controls Spotify playback on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One person may not maintain more than one account without our written permission. You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
  • Abuse, harass, or spam other users through the request system
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its integrations
  • Queue content that violates Spotify's or TikTok's terms of service

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Spotify (OAuth authorization and playback control) and TikTok Live (chat monitoring via a third-party connector). Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms. Tikpotify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Spotify.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., stream configuration, queue data). We retain all rights to the Tikpotify platform, brand, code, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the Service.

7. Beta Service

The Service is currently offered free during beta. Features, availability, and pricing may change without notice. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement during beta.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation poses risk to the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIKPOTIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (ZERO DURING FREE BETA).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
